Nuevo Presidente de Bayer en los Países Andinos:
“Aprovet presente en el evento de transición, Bayer países Andinos”
El pasado 19 de marzo se realizó la presentación oficial del Dr. Mathias Kremer, nuevo Presidente de Bayer en los Países Andinos quien comenzó a ejercer a partir del 1 de abril de 2019. Aprovet estuvo presente en el evento de transición realizado en el Gun Club de Bogotá, al que asistieron importantes figuras como líderes de la Embajada de Alemania, así como directivos de los sectores de salud y agricultura del país, entre ellos el Dr. Leonardo García, Director Ejecutivo de Aprovet.
El Dr. Kremer es además de presidente, el Gerente de la división agrícola de Bayer para la región PACA (Centro América, Caribe, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú y Venezuela). Es PhD en fitopatología de la Universidad de Múnich y realizó estudios de ingeniería agronómica en el Soest College y ciencias agrícolas en la Universidad de Göttingen (ambos en Alemania). En cuanto a su trayectoria, ha trabajado para Bayer desde 1990 desempeñándose en varios cargos en las áreas de investigación y desarrollo, estrategia y liderazgo en países como España, Alemania y Centroamérica. Su última posición, antes de llegar a Colombia fue la Gerencia Global de Estrategia y Portafolio de Crop Science.
